Allison Hauschild Phone: 701-866-4518 Bio Allison (Bakke) Hauschild is currently helping coach at North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS). Hauschild is originally from Anoka, MN. After graduating from H.S. in 2004, she moved to Fargo to play softball at North Dakota State University (NDSU) where she was a standout pitcher from 2005-08. She finished with a 60-41 career record with a 1.96 ERA in 631 innings pitched. Hauschild(Bakke) graduated from NDSU with a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Management and a Minor in Coaching. After graduating from NDSU, she has served as an assistant coach at Fargo South H.S., Davies H.S., Concordia College and also has been the head coach at Moorhead High School. She coached softball at Minnesota State University Moorhead for 2 years working with the team's pitchers. She is now currently working full time at the West Fargo Park District as a Recreation Specialist.
Mike Oehlke Phone: 701-367-3545 Bio Mike Oehlke is currently the Head Softball Coach at North Dakota State College of Science(NDSCS) in Wahpeton, ND. Before coaching at NDSCS, he was the pitching coach at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN for the 2015-2016 season. Prior to that, he coached at Kindred High School for 3 years and won the Class B State Championship in 2014. He has played men's fastpitch for 20 years. Kaia Sele Phone: 218-766-9148 Bio Kaia Sele grew up in Bemidji, MN and graduated from Concordia College, Moorhead in 2013 after finishing her career as one of the best, and most decorated, players in program history. She was a three-time all-MIAC award winner and is the school’s all-time leader in home runs and hits. She was the team’s starting first baseman for four seasons with a career .974 fielding percentage but is most known for her prowess at the plate. She had a .381 batting average over the course of her 135-game career, which included 153 hits and 21 home runs. After graduating, Sele joined the Cobber softball coaching staff for 3 seasons. She has also coached a variety of youth and travel teams ranging from 10U to 18U players.
